I can not believe that 2 weeks down the road O2 have not been able to resolve this problem. I have spoken to Apple twice and O2 at least 5 times and gone into the shop to sort it No joy and no returned calls as promised. Today rang to make formal
complaint and told I will get a call Friday to resolve this. I can not understand such a big company can not put you through to technical advise or a manager to deal with customer complaints I find it unacceptable when you are paying out a high price for a service that if you have problems can not be resolved . If not resolved by Friday I will be ending my contract and going to someone else . Very very disappointed in this company and will be telling everyone about them . 😤😤😤😤

Resetting the account by an O2 adviser has helped some people but by inference, not all customers

They have not even offered to re set the account that’s how bad the service is
