Order Buds 2 - received parcel today - but only had Samsung claim form in it. Should I expect the buds to be sent out seperately - or has it been mis-packaged ?

That seems to have been mispackaged, i would speak to the sales team,m  message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
