2 weeks ago I had a phone call from 02 offering me a new phone contract for the new Samsung Flip phone, I didn't want that phone so made up a deal with the guy for the new Samsung S22
I clicked the email link after the phone call to confirm the order, and agree to the new contract
I recieved the accessory pack for the screen protector and the ear buds the next day,
I am still awaiting delivery of the new phone, I was on holiday last week and assumed that as it hadn't arrived prior to me going away it would be here for when I came home
I can't find the phone details anywhere on my account and I can't find a helpful link to use to find out what's happened to my order
Have I been scammed ? Please can someone help
