I recently got my daughter a new phone on pay monthly tariff, she had a phone on pay as you go all within 02 but she wants to transfer her old number from the pay as you go tariff onto her new pay monthy tariff/phone...I have been trying to speak to someone all last week, have filled in the online form twice but have got no response from O2, really want to get this sorted. I was expecting a text to her old or new number giving directions on the PAC code or someting but there has been nothing so far, any advice would be appreciated
