Hi
I’ve received a link via email and Text to activate Disney plus, neither of these links are working on my iphone7, just leaving a blank screen. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank in advance
Alan

@AlanBall

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

The process is this

You need to go to your MyO2 and scroll down to extras.

Choose Disney+ and wait for an email with a link and instructions to redeem it.

Follow the link and create an account with your email address and a password.

Use those login details to login to Disney+ app on any device

If it's still not working then contact O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
