So DPD went to the wrong house almost two weeks ago hasn't been sent back to o2 to be re diliverd, my spidey senses are tingling somethings

Done all this phoned o2 many times and DPD,DPD said it was being re labelled on 3rd of October!! Its obviously been stolen. And I'm stuck in the middle to add insult to injury o2 are going to charge me for the phone on Monday.
