Having just checked, it does appear to be something called 'number spoofing'
https://www.shouldianswer.co.uk/post/own-number-called
You need to ignore it or ask O2 to change your number.
You are allowed one change of number free.

Take the sim out, clean it gently, put it back and reboot the phone.
You may need a new sim. You can get one instore or by calling O2. All numbers here
