I have recently earned £11.00 rewards and decided to spend £10.00 for an Amazon voucher. I proceeded as usual and was asked to select either the voucher to be sent by post or my email (Ecode). I selected email but received nothing so far. My balance is now £1.00 and the reward is gone. How do I retrieve it?

If it doesn't appear on your Amazon account or the email isn't in your spam folder you have no option but to call customer service on Monday. They open 10am

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Thanks for the phone numbers, I will try next week! I chose the email option specifically because I thought it would be safer and less work for the O2 team than to send a letter... I check my email spam every day. I checked my Amazon account but haven’t seen anything about a new voucher/code/gift card.
