Getting really annoyed no signal here for 4 days. Im paying for a service I cant use.

Ive found that if you contact customer services and give them a nudge it might help speed up the repair.
I was having problems where I stay before Xmas with the signal dropping out randomly and after a wee tweet to @O2 its became stable within 48 hours.
Might just have been coincidence though!
