Hi @Anonymous Yes thanks....

Whilst Hermes were claiming via Live Chat 'the property was difficult to access' (it's a house not Fort Knox) ...my mate contacted me to say 'parcel had been received'.......

They regularly deliver to my porch despite the fact I don't even have one 😛

I had a parcel yesterday from DHL who kept me updated by text on a day-by-day basis to tell me it would be delivered today the 26th. Got two texts yesterday while I was in the pub, one saying it was coming the 26th and another two minutes later saying it was being delivered before midnight on the 25th

A  couple of hasty texts to my next door neighbours to ask them to take delivery and low and behold it was waiting for me when I got home 30 minutes later

I don't think they expected such rage from me when I wrote in capitals "DIFFICULT ACCESS??!! IT'S A HOUSE...ON A ROAD. NOT FORT KNOX" The first one disconnected the chat...The second one came back and said it would be delivered before 8pm. I couldn't be assed to tell 'her' it had been delivered.....My other half uses them a lot and only had one problem....and THAT was to do with a tracking system failure...I think this was as well...

Well...this was a non party.... Mr Ryank92 forgot to bring us a bottle of booze to celebrate his birthday. Good job I have my very own vodka.....
