Yes they will, of course, but as we don't know where you are you need to let us know. Call 202 from your contract phone or 4445 from a PAYG phone and report it if it doesn't show as a fault here http://status.o2.co.uk/

Report it but if you already know the reason you have no signal why ask O2 to fix it when they can't fix snow

Unfortunately the snow removal team are busy but will get to you as soon as possible! Smiley Indifferent
