had a WTH moment today...and as its phone related, you all get to read about it...

 

well, i stood on a drawing pin today, it embedded itself right to the end, and when i pulled it out, due to having drummers feet, i bled like a stuck pig. my daughter ran around the house screamimg my foot was dead because of the red stuff.and then grabs my phone and takes pictures!!! i mean, what the heck? when did technology become easy for 4 year olds????  when i was four i played outside.... with dolls... being the Pink Ranger...

 

 

or am i just not with the times??

Yeah, my cousin in primary 1 has an iPad. And her mother had the cheeck to phone Apple complaining that she spent £400 on a game... that's what you get for buying your 5 year old daughter an iPad!

i know they use the computer a school, and she knows how to turn the xbox and laptop on, but i thought that was it. she is super smart, so i was guessing it was just a test of time...

 

and it is, i would put the picture up, but people may be having a late dinner grin

A sign of the times.

As a child it was safe to play out till early evening and didn't have these type of gadgets to play on.

Also a sign of the times is when the kids of today turn off those x boxes etc and do venture out some of them are complained about for being on the streets !

People need to make their minds up IMO, they whine about kids on the streets, yet others complain about kids being stuck in on the Xbox all the time.
