The view northwards from Benone Beach, Co Derry, at lunchtime today (red dot on map below)
The hills to the left are part of the Swilly peninsula, County Donegal.
The inlet to the left leads into Lough Foyle.
The open Atlantic, North, would probably let a boat skirt Islay, before landing up in some of the islands near Skye.
And no wasps 😉😆

The bugs must feel the same as no BUG attacks this fig tree!
There is usually a bug for every fruit tree I have, except this one....so great.
The red centre is delicious and sweet and very moreish though, so let's hope that the
indigenous bugs never find out.😋
