I thought I had 1 good guess & 1 correct
The good guess was incorrect ... I had Blackpool down as the rock question = incorrect
I knew Puck was a character in A Mid Summer Night's Dream ... one of Shakespeare's plays I kinda understood att & it was the school play before the whole system was made chaos trying to put a load of old schools together & calling them a comprehensive ... + ... I read PUCK in part in the classroom in an English Literature lesson = correct
Thoroughly enjoyed playing along ... it's fun
Thank you @Mi-Amigo for compiling the quiz

Could guess at 3, know 1 and the other 2 are beyond me...
Well, I was right - I only knew 1!
Q1 Who is the Australian city of Adelaide named after?
Didn't have a clue.
Q2 Where are the Islets of Langerhans?
Would have guessed either Sweden/Norway, but clearly not the right answer!
Q3 Where did lettered rock [confectionary] originate?
The obvious answer (Blackpool) was not correct, so would have said somewhere else on the coast (perhaps Gt Yarmouth) but that is also wrong.
Q4 What is a widgeon?
Would not have a clue.
Q5 How long is a badmington court?
Would have guessed and been wrong
Q6 Which Shakespeare play features the character Puck?
This is the only one I knew (as I suspect most do)!

Well done and thanks for playing. I`m sure, like me, others were impressed you got lettered rock originated in Yorkshire
@Anonymous
Thanks for playing along - and, again you got one right . The letter rock question was one of the hardest - but now you know it originated in Dewbury, Yorkshire you can impress all your friends
Thanks for playing along. At least you got one right . I choose the questions from a range of subjects and obviously some players might find some questions easier than others. I hope you`ll continue to play along and find the next set a bit easier
Thank you everyone for taking part. It is much appreciated and hope you all continue to enjoy the quizzes.
