Yes, I noticed @pgn. I had a problem replying to a music game post through the email notification. I had to go through the website, working my way through the 3 clicks to get to the music game in Off Topic. An absolute pain in the.........

The storm last night appeared to have cooled things a bit.

Having said all that, had a shock during a hospital visit today. Got in the lift with the specialist nurse I went to see. Pressed for 1st floor. The lift didn't move and the door wouldn't open. The nurse took one look at my face and banged the alarm.

Luckily it took only 60 seconds for someone to rock up with a key. (The door can be unlocked from the outside)

Thank god for that. I now tend to get very claustrophobic in small lifts!!

Lifts can be temperamental in hot weather, yes.

Glad there was a nurse there who spotted your tells and acted immediately.

Awful experience @Cleoriff . A few years back me and my wife were stuck in a lift in Vegas and we had to use the emergency phone. It took about 10 minutes before we got 'rescued' and were treated to a brilliant meal and a limo to see Cirque du Soleil at the Bellgio.
