  • Missing calls from unknown numbers and not being able to call them back.
  • People in the shops who purposely hit you with their trolleys.
  • People who are at a giveway sign and look left but not right (where you are) and they just pull out.

I've only been on the underground once and what Un Nerved me due to perhaps not knowing how it all works, is the lack of 'make up your mind time' to get on the tube or not.

Plus going down that escalator I think in Kings Cross down to the underground is like descending in to hell. Lol.

If I've learned one thing in life,  it's that it is definitely every man for himself on the underground. Definitely no prisoners taken!

I don't mind admitting I'm scared of the London underground!  I've never been on it on my own and I'm sure I'd end up on the wrong line and getting completely lost.  I'm not overkeen on the overground trains either so I'll never be commuting into London!

If your unlucky enough to be down on the platform on your own it's definitely a lonely place to be too.

Reminds me of the film 'Creep'

I lived in London for 18 years and I still really dislike the underground. If I can avoid going underground I will - I used to live in Acton where it was possible to get the Overground (still part of the tube) all the way into Central London rather than descending below.

It's also annoying when you text someone and they take like a week to reply, and in that time you've forgot about what you were talking about.

Or it's something that had to be resolved that day, and now doesn't matter any more, but they still get back to you anyway, usually when you are in the middle of something else!

I've been on the underground once and I hated it.  It was on a school trip.  It was so quashed, when the doors opened at the next stop, my friend had to grab me so that I didn't fall out. 😞

I normally have the opposite problem, in that I want to get out and nobody moves out the way, so I end up going to the next station and have to get a train back Smiley Frustrated
