A friend of mine is in the gym opposite and apparently they keep bringing hostages to the door with a gun to their head before going back inside.

The world has gone stock raving mad. Some lunatic gets a gun and decides to take hostages and makes demands that he must know won't be met through the threat of violence.

Thank God this time no one was hurt. But I agree many will be traumatised by this incident. I hope they will receive any help they need to put this horrendous day behind them.
