Been out on my jollies today ... for a change ... have found new liking for Simmonds Cider at around 4.6% ... & ... Australian Bundaberg Root Beer

Only thing I can suggest Jane is to drink sips of water. To take tablets (like Setlers or Alka Seltzer) will make you feel worse....The hangover time will probably kick in tomorrow morning.....keep hydrated...

Thank you Den ... I would have gone for fruit flavoured Rennies washed down with milk (if I had any in the fridge) note to self ... = ... must get a milkman 

& I feel the need for food ... ok, so some sips of tepid water from the kettle ... & ... maybe nibble on cream crackers?

Yes, also a very good slimming aid......far less calories to burn off.

If G&T replaced Kentucky Fried Chicken, fish & chips, McDonalds and Pizza Express then there would be no obese children.
