Remember the first time you bought a smartphone and you wanted to download cool apps like Angry Birds? They are so addictive that one can easily spend hours and hours…
I'm a little curious, hence wants to know if the trends have slightly changed this year? Are we using apps which have capabilities like location based, NFC or we just love the Social Networking ones? What are the top 5 Apps on your mobile device(s)?

I definatelly have... But mostly with stuff I don't need ^^
Especially vocabulary.. If I don't use English in Chats and so on, I forget words too fast.

Tweetdeck - lovely little facebook / twitter client
Instagram - I have a cat and kids, go figure
Flipboard - Awesome interface for keeping up to date with all your social networking and online blogs
Yammer - may say something about my work / life balance.
gMusic - I came from an Android device where I was using Google Music, this little app helps me stream all my music to my iPhone and hammer my data allowance

Have you guys ever tried Pocket? Its a great app that lets you save web pages from your browser that you want to save for later and they get saved in your phone, its great!

Not sure what phone you've got Toby, but if you have an iPhone with iOS 6 installed. You can save a webpage to the reading list in Safari.
It now saves web pages not just links in your Reading List, so you can catch up on your reading even when you can’t connect to the Internet.

Another usefull app I use is "P.I.M.P." (People in my pocket). It shows which provider the contact uses. Very usefull if you just have sms-flatrate to particular providers.
It also adds a notification to your contacts.
