As part of the #o2surprise that I received last week, there was a jar of smiles. Many were keen to see what would come out of the jar each day, so here are the ones so far!
The one that I picked out on Friday was "If you want to see the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain".
This morning I picked out "Relax and reflect. A bad day doesn't mean it's a bad life".

Climate Change was first mentioned by Sir David Attenborough. If anyone watches his superb Natural World series on TV, then you have to believe in it. Not interested in Greta Thunberg who means well but has limited experience of life and how the world is changing. Sir David gave a superb speech at the Cop26 meeting in 2021. How can anyone fail to believe in climate change when we see the polar caps melting, destruction of our natural world by humans. Forests fires increasing and wildlife dying because their natural habitat is being destroyed?

I do try to do so as a general rule of thumb @TallTrees
I see it as just doing my thing without harming others in any way shape or form
general exception = Cyclists who have made themselves Kings of the T

I watch sooo little tv
Your post above is 'Sound as a Pound'
'Sir David Attenborough for Our Leader'
I remember the wonderful general gentleman on monochrome tv many years fronting and promoting say Bristol Zoo, long before Wildlife Parks.
My credentials are good or good enough.
Greta Turnberg is not only young but an 'Extremist' and courts 'Publicity'
First time I ever saw a blue t!t bird was in my grans garden feeding off a half coconut hanging in her garden - now many years they are way Up Norf. Gran lived in a pretty village next to a now World Famous Air Museum.-in Shropshire / West Midlands I remember as a little kid the damson wild tree in the village = never heard of a damson before. I lived in traditional Yorkshire coal mining area. I can just about remember the smog before the much needed Clean Air Act....... We had either house martins or swallows nesting each year under the eaves of the family home = fascinated me.
