The clock style may be in the clock settings somewhere - my 6a is not quite as slick as your 7 pro🤣

If you long press the home screen @Pipstop78 it will give you the option to change the background. It's in the "Feathers" folder there. The clock is a widget--access those the same way by long pressing the screen and find the Clock options. 

The issue with the widgets is they take up SO much space so there's a lot of unusable area with some of those.
