Sometimes it can help to just scream it out what's [Removed] you off....
I'll start...
As my "company" (aid relief, but behaving like a company) changed so many things.... Our teamleader was thrown out, is a normal co-worker now... The shiftplans are "planed" centrally now (I can't even say it's planned, that would imply it has a structure, but it's just like throwing [Removed] on a paper). The shiftplan is.... just no. We work our asses off, have plushours galore and the other watch has minushours. So they have freetime enough and we thought about putting containers on the watch to live there, because we don't know why we pay rent for our flats - we're hardly ever there!... And the best shifts are always given to the temporary workers who already have a very good job, so they get the extra amount on money instead of us....
Next week I can finally take my annual leave from LAST year (by law you have to take it by 31th march by exception... I got it excepted even longer. I'm so ready for a holiday!

Can only get better I suppose? 🤷😂
As someone retired from the medical profession I can tell you catagorically that smoking is blamed for pretty much anything and everything. It's slightly OTT if honest.
My mum and Dad smoked all their lives and both died at the grand old ages of 83 and 86 with non smoking related illnesses.
My sister on the other hand, never smoked, was teetotal and ate freshly home cooked meals and died aged 69 with cancer of the pancreas.
I'm certainly NOT encouraging people to smoke. All I am saying is there are many diseases and conditions which have absolutely nothing to do with smoking.

I smoke, not much but a few a day. That is in no way smoking related, just doesn't give me any incentive to quit. I've been smoking 55 years and have none of the symptoms of damage as yet... if I get any then obviously I'll have to stop.

Totally agree @jonsie.
Also for anyone who has developed various other cancers such as cancer of the kidneys, is possibly due to them suffering with kidney stones previously. Cancer of the liver can be due to drink or hepatic failure of any type. Cancer of the bowel can be caused by irrritable bowel syndrome. Cancer of the pancreas has never been proven to have any link to smoking.
Last year I lost two close friends. One had cancer of the lungs, the other cancer of the bowel. Neither had ever smoked. The list is endless really.
@JamieB14Doctors are required by the BMC to ask every patient if they smoke. It's to go towards medical research findings and government statistics.
