Latest news from chez @Mi-Amigo [aka The Dormouse`s teapot].
The men have been and fitted a new boiler and have not only replaced the radiator that leaked but also replaced two other radiators upstairs which showed wear to prevent possible future leaks. The guys were really good. They tested and checked everything and ensured heating was working satisfactorily and that there were no leaks from the new rads, and took their time doing so - no rush round and a quick bodged look and made sure I was happy.
Best news? Didn`t cost me a penny as it is rented house from private [not council] letting agent.
So all in all, not a bad day so far

I too get all repairs done free Just had a new shower seat free because it was split and kept trapping my bum.....
