Hi
Contacting O2 for contract is 202 and payg is 4445
A link to see what the costs are http://www.o2.co.uk/international/internationalhub and if on contract perhaps look at Tugo while using wifi.
Tips : Use wifi when and where you can and turn off mobile data to stop any accidental connection to their network. Turn off voicemail too before leaving the Uk.

If you're going to be in New Zealand for any considerable length of time, if your phone is unlocked, you should think about using a local sim instead of the O2 sim. This would be useful if you're making calls, sending texts, or using data within New Zealand. For contacting friends or family back in the UK, you might use Skype or Whatsapp, or Viber.
