In complete and utter shock.

For Charlie Whiting, Formula 1 Race director, to die on the evening of the first race of the F1 season, is truly awful.

He was only 66

I am listening to the drivers press conference now.

Lewis Hamilton, Seb Vettel, Max Verstappen. Daniel Ricciardo have been sharing memories of him.

 

Thoughts are with his family.

R.I.P. Charlie. You will be greatly missed heart
