Hi, have been an o2 customer for many years and have only recently registered for Priority Moments, i had an offer for the free bike service with halfords.

 

Now this is where i think i have gone wrong, when i opened the offer up on my phone the other night i expected the code to save, but then realised i had clicked 'use now', so the 3 offers that halfords were offering are showing on my phone as redeemed, even though it says there are 3 days to claim?

 

Can anyone help me, i took the bike and left it with halfords this morning, they said i need the code when i go back to to pick the bike up, but there is no code on my phone and nothing in the saved box.

 

I am guessing you are supposed to save the offer until you are in the store then use it, when i took the bike in they had a puncture kit and can of spray read on the counter for me but i didn't have any codes to give them, they suggested i contacted o2, but having been passed about from person to person with no success i am hoping someone on here can help me???

 

Seems like it is my fault but for first time user i didn't think it was very clear 😞

Yes i realise that, it's just that i dropped my bike off with Halfords this morning, i explained i had a problem with the codes.

 

It was for:

 

Free bike Service - Lady @ o2 has told me it's a generic code that is the same for everyone.

Free Puncture repair kit - kind lady game me a code off her phone??

Free G-85 lubricant spray - no code for this.

 

I've established i was correct in thinking your supposed to save the codes until you are literally ready to use them, i was sat at home the other night and spotted the offer thinking i could do it online, if you don't know.....you don't know!

Just to update:

 

Very nice lady at o2 said once a code has been redeemed it cannot be used again.  I am off to halfords shortly to collect bike, so fingers crossed they take the generic code that everyone seems to have!

 

Lesson learnt, click save until you are actually going to use the voucher!!!! wink

I recently used a very nice £20 Argos e code from 02 which went to buy my new x-box 360 new release of Tomb Raider.
