The rules:

1. John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr are featured so do not mention them

2. Each poster can only name only one person in each post and can only post once a day

       - to give others a chance

there are three in the picture:

1. in red and yellow hat

2. behind waxwork of John Lennon

Posters can guess/name of the designer of either (one per post per day)

3. in blue hat on left hand side - is unknown so no guesses as not included

Well I'm not sure who designed the dummies, maybe some long lost artist or fashion icon?

However, someone I do know on there is my dear mom's heart throb and she was quick to point him out when she bought me the album for my birthday :
