There's been clickbait articles on YouTube all week saying that Helen "Gail Tilsley/Platt/Rodwell" Worth's died? Is there any truth in that?

As you said, it's clickbait.

Helen Worth is very much alive. Her character 'Gail Platt' has left Coronation Street. The storyline was, she went to live in Thailand with a new boyfriend.

Helen Worth did make a statement today about Philip Lowrie (Who played Dennis Tanner in Corrie) and has sadly died (as mentioned above by @Oxonian)
