Hi guys,
I have been discussing with @Marjo about the possibility of O2 (or even just the O2 Community) having a Snapchat account.
Here are some of the reasons why I think it is a good idea:
If you already use Snapchat, would you be happy for O2 to join?
If you don't currently use Snapchat, would you consider getting it if O2 joined?
Your opinions would be greatly appreciated.

thanks BoB for the links
my initial instinct on this is what a load of tripe (un-necessary tech) ..... sorry @Toby ..... please bear in mind I have limited IT ability & have yet to master picture posting ie from phone to laptop + from phone to fb + adding a photo to an email
I am quite happy emailing those friends I communicate with by email
to me in my ignorance it seems my 61 year old brain does not have the room to acquire, remember & need this kind of development in my life
I am someone who inherrently believes there is a balance in most things in life ..... there must be some of Libra the scales of justice in me - btw I am a true goat ie Capricorn, but not an obvious one ie think of the goat = a lonesome animal & a herd animal - imagine the goat which gets itself up a mountainside cliff face & you think how the hell did it get itself there let alone not fall off ..... yes, I have been to the top of the mountain in my life, didn't get to admire the view from the top as it was covered in a cloud like Snowdonia is mostly ..... the goat in me is now resting in the cool shade of the mountain munching whatever it is that goats find to live off = quite content, but never smug - that I most definitely leave to others

Believe me Jane, stay well away from these kind of apps. Can you imagine registering and keeping up to date with everything? You would spend all your life staring at the phone. There is so much more to life than chatting endlessly just for the sake of it, saying little and losing the art of conversation.

totally agree with you jonsie
I'm not someone who has to keep up with the Jones's (no pun intended :smileywink:) in any walk of my life - I kinda live my life to suit myself & the tech part of my life is no exception - I come from the point of 'what can tech do for me' in the sense of to enhance my life or in a health way, & no doubt sooner than I'd like 'how can tech keep me in my own home' to when my time is up to go over the rainbow bridge :womanvery-happy:
