No phone coverage in North Wales

We've had no phone coverage in the Ruthin area of North Wales since before Christmas - when will it be fixed?

If it's on the status page it will be fixed asap.....

Actually, no faults reported so its best to call O2 and report it (details in "Contact Us" at bottom of page).....

Until o2 know about the issue it will not get fixed we are all customers here
