Keep old number

I’ve filled in a keep my old number form and given o2 my pac code but my number hasn’t switched over yet, how long does it take to switch numbers?

You need to call O2
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
