Starting a new thread (before the last one gets split again)...:smileytongue:
It is 2018, The year of the Halo... Like it or hate it, it will be implemented as part of new FIA rules
None of the 2018 cars have been revealed yet (that happens in February) but this is how it will look
Most drivers' aren't keen but are having to toe the party line...

Toro Rosso have announced Alexander Alborn will replace the pretty useless Brendan Hartley next year
Alex is a Thai national who was born and lived in England. https://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/albon-confirmed-toro-rosso-2019/4304672/
He will partner Daniil Kyvat, giving the TR team a brand new line up.
Of the 10 racing teams, only 2 have retained the 2018 line up. Mercedes and Haas

Driver line up for 2019...
Note the 'unconfirmed' one is Lance Stroll for Force India. As his daddy bought the team, saving it from liquidation, then it's a pretty good guess that's where Lance will be going !
On a personal note, if Bottas doesn't raise his game next season, he may well find himself replaced by Esteban Ocon who finds himself without a seat for 2019. He has become Mercedes reserve (3rd) driver..
