What are you hoping for in the January transfer market?

As a Liverpool fan I am hoping for cover for Mane and the front 3.

The only problem is @RunrigForever, England didn't play too well, in what was an easy group.

I agree @Cleoriff, but it is a one-off game and anything can happen. The bookies have Spain as clear favourites, which is good as it might take a bit of pressure off England. 👍

England are improving and are managing, by hook or by crook, to get results. I suspect that, given the choice, Gareth Southgate would settle for nil-nil AET and take his chance in a penalty shoot-out ! ⚽

The England match is on in the bar I frequent & feel at home in despite drinking only Yorkshire tea ... & ... a 'Gaffer's Special' ... = ... Milky Coffee with Caramel ... !!! ............ I also drink blackcurrant cordial with lots of Ice & that all important straw = it makes it taste sooo much better.

I'd like to think I'll be in Speakeasy bar at time of kick off ... but ... it's late ........... I'd be better at a 5pm kick-off.

Bit late joining the party...

My thoughts....

England [men] are nowhere as good as the Lionesses. England have been boring, predictable, and lucky to get to the final, with a manager who is so set in his ways; whereas the Lionesses show skill and excitement, have a manager who is committed, not afraid to make changes and drop "favourites" - and of course the girls did what the guys didn`t - won Euros !!!

As for today` game ? Yeh I want England to win but fear that, with their record in the competiton, Spain will just clinch it...

My score prediction - Enland 2 - 2 Spain after extra time; Spain to win on penalties....

I really hope I`m wrong.
