Personally, I stopped caring about GTA years ago, IMO it's in the top 3 most overrated franchises ever, after Call of Duty and Halo (Yes, I think Halo is massively overrated, and I call myself an Xbox fan).

Sounds like fun, however I only have a 360 now.

Come September 17th the only game ill be playing is GTA however at the moment you'll usually find me on FIFA13, Battlefield 3 or Halo 4.

Im afraid not. A PC version has not yet been officially confirmed but there are strong rumours there will eventually be one, however it almost certainly wont be released alongside the console version.
