Customer Services call back

Is there any way to book a customer services call back? I am sick of holding for up to an hour before getting my call answered!!!

Not to my knowledge. CS rarely do outbound calls

If you don't want to hang on with calls use social media

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
