No O2 signal in Pershore WR10 post code since last Saturday June 1st. Now mid-day Monday June 3rd and still no GSM signal. Anyone with same problem in this locality?

Do O2 automatically offer a monthly-account refund, or do we have to go on our knees and beg for it when there has been no service for the best part of 3 days?
