The flight is due to land at RAF Brize Norton at 13:30 GMT.
The UK passengers will then be taken to Arrowe Park Hospital on the Wirral and quarantined for two weeks.

On Monday, the government issued new powers in England to keep people in quarantine to stop the virus spreading.
Under the Department of Health measures people will not be free to leave quarantine, and can be forcibly sent into isolation if they pose a threat.
Mr Hancock said these powers were "proportionate" and will "help us slow down transmission of the virus".
The health secretary also announced that "a capital facility" was being launched immediately "to support any urgent works the NHS needs for the coronavirus response, such as the creation of further isolation areas and other necessary facilities".
Good job!

This is something that just had to done to protect all of us. I honestly think that we are heading towards a national emergency as the people that have come into contact with the known carriers are almost impossible to trace before they spread it to others. There are only so many available isolation units and I'm not altogether convinced those hazmat suits and facemasks will give 100% protection to emergency services.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/formula1/51471569
The Chinese Grand Prix has been postponed as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.
The FIA, Formula 1's governing body, has accepted a request from Chinese organisers to postpone the Shanghai race, due to take place on 19 April.
In a statement, it added all parties would take the "appropriate amount of time" to discuss potential new dates.
The decision has been made to "ensure the health and safety" of drivers, staff and fans.
Good job. The FIA are looking at rescheduling later in the year....

It was inevitable and stand by for more sporting casualties!
And good luck to the team trying to trace the patients that the doctors at the surgery treated and then all the people that any positive patient has come into contact with over the last few days.

There are now 450 people with Coronavirus on the Diamond Princess cruise ship in Japan.
One of the Brits on the ship, David Abel, who has been updating the BBC regularly, has himself contracted the disease along with his wife. They are now in isolation in a Japanese hospital.
The US has repatriated 300 of its citizens from the ship. The British government is 'still trying' to get the 79 Brits aboard home.
