Brilliant. My cat has loads of toys, a scratching post and very comfy bed, all sprayed with catnip. Doesn't bother with any of them though he will eat it out of the packet!
He's been for his final injections today, I haven't told him yet that he has to have a tooth out next Thursday. Oh joy

Oh dear @jonsie .
If he is anything like mine I have to hide the cat carriers. When they see them they scatter. Imagine having 6 and trying to get them all to the cattery when we all went to Spain.
It was like a military operation. We gave up in the end and got one of our lads to house/cat sit.

My cat Marty will roll in loose catnip when spread on the carpet ... easily vacuum'd up after a session

I don't think my cat Marty is well
You have heard of the expression = you look 'peaky'
Marty's lovely coat of ginger / white fur is little peaks all over
Just lately he has been drinking much more water than he usually does - which is not much = the pouches have a lot of water in them - & he doesn't eat his Royal Canin varied types of biscuits much anyway
He is still the loving cat he's always been since he found me when he was 4 and in the cattery - he is 14 now
I intend to call the vets on Monday morning
I can't blob on Monday as it's one of my regular days new time to visit my mum - BUT - Marty needs me right now and I need reassurance that's he's OK

@Anonymous
Fingers crossed for him xx
Maybe he has diabetes if he drinks more? Many cats have that and live good with it (on a diet)
I'm happy for you gotten Chester, such a nice little guy! Do you know how old he is?
And sad you won't go back to Thailand. But I guess it's hard..
