Pudsey the dog, winner of Britains got Talent, has died age 11

His owner Ashleigh Butler discovered that Pudsey had leukaemia when he became unwell.

Recently there has bee 'Take your dog to work day'. I don't have a dog. I have a rescue cat 🐈😸 Marty. He isn't used to dogs. He hisses and growls at them particularly at the vets if they get too close. He is protected in his carry basket at the vets xx

Brave man adding cats to a dog house...

We recently added a dog to a cat house. It's not going very well - puppy wants to play but only knows rough housing, and cats just want to chill so are not too receptive.

Any ideas on how to get a 16 week old puppy to chill out around cats will be welcomed!!

Socialising cats and a pup - well, reward pup's good behaviour, when he is quiet around the cats and first meeting of the day may need a leash for the first hour or so, until pup understands cats are to be afforded a little respect and distance. Good luck, @gmarkj 👍

You have dogs, have you also now got kittens? I had two kittens when I had 2 Yorkshire terriers. To be honest the dogs ran away from the kittens. 😂

Yeah, trying the reward calm behaviour part (as well as rewarding toilet training) but it's a struggle.

Last time I was in a house with a puppy I was the same as age as my daughter now (10) so got to learn myself how to train her (and me) on what to do.

Booster is booked for next week, and then can take her out 2 weeks later - cannot wait as it might start to calm her down a little!

Definitely cute @Breanna , certainly got a personality on her already and can tell why puppies have the alternative name of land shark - those teeth are something else!
