Cancellation and still getting bills.

I recieved an email today that said £299 payment was overdue even though I canceled my contract within the weeks grace period. Even after phoning cutomer sevices because I recieved a bill for one part of my contract they confirmed that I had canceled but I still recieved a bill for the second part of my contract.

Only customer services can resolve this and you need to persevere with them
