Hi guys,

Over my time here, I've seen many mentions of good books and blogs that you have read.

This made me think that a healthy discussion might be a good idea, where we can all share our favourite reads and recommend them to others.

So, what books have you loved?

I have just finished reading 'The Psychopath Test' by Jon Ronson. Funny, well written and makes you think slight_smile

Toby: I think it was Jack Nicholson in the film of The Shining or am I thinking of the Postman Always Rings Twice?

Either way I just can't watch either film past a certain point so's I won't be reading the books, as I don't particularly like to be scared

Love Jack Nicholson as an actor particularly in As Good As It Gets & of course, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest

But, I have recently got into Nhys Glover's stuff eg her gothic werewolf trilogy = think a bit Jane Ayre & the 3 books are a good read so is her New Atlantis series again romance, historical & living in New Atlantis as a 'reward' = they're out on kindle, I believe

I am well into cat book Homer's Oddssey by Homer Blind WonderCat slight_smile

One of new year's resolutions is to read more. Anyone with the same resolution around?

If so here is my suggestion:

The curious incident of the dog in the night-time

I'm looking forward to your comments and suggestions!

I've read a couple of good books recently - Someone Else's Skin by Sarah Hilary and The Detective's Daughter by Lesley Thomson.  They are both crime thrillers and although it took me a long time to get into The Detective's Daughter it was worth it in the end.
