From last year they were Sleeping Beeuties 2018 to

This year 2019  again these little kind and sweet bees have caught me unaware and when I opened

the sleeping box there were a few anxious looking faces!  So up went the boxes sharpish

and they were put on top to feel the fresh air and off they flew ~ they'll be back always

to the same spot they first remember.

These are the boxes facing South in the hot sun.  

This is a box with                                                                                 an emerging bee under the release box top.

Wildlife have no respect for photographers!

Yesterday there was a beautiful Red Admiral fluttering inside the window 

It managed to evade the cat stalking it

But, this evening it was sadly a gonner on the carpet

Spring is springing along ~ Bees are still sleeping until March/April 2020

@pgn  keeps me informed of  bees funnies etc. ~ thank you!

My neighbour bought me this book for me to read ~ thoughtful and kind

Neighbours are joining the "look after bees" by planting for them etc.

The leopards in Mumbai are successful they pop into town pinch a piglet from homes around and about! Pigs have very large litters and females are strong and vicious so not many lost to leopards. They are stealthy hunters Mumbai residents are living along side them. The Leopards help residents by eating street dogs 95k on street (help) these dogs attack Mumbai people and they pass rabies to the people so funnily a symbiosis has developed.
