There's a cut then after the cut.. the lights are back on.
The "explosion" and smoke are an added effect, the smoke rises too fast and clears almost immediately.

I did notice the change of shirt, but thought it maybe went black from the explosion. Should have looked at it more closely. My bad. Sorry. 😞

I must admit @Bambino I had to view it twice before I picked up on @viridis' points. I also noticed the shirt change but like you thought it went black after the explosion.
Still a stupid prank some poor silly kid will see and try to emulate, possibly doing serious damage and hurt to himself.
