Hi

I am wondering if anybody can give me some advice please

I need to get in contact with the payment management team. However i am now unable to hear so cant ring them

Iv tried using online chat and it is sending me around in circles. Unable to actually speak to anybody!

my o2 doesnt work as my number is no longer active

I feel like pulling my hair out!!
