The tickets I am looking for are for a concert on the 31st March. They go on presale in 3 days however they are not showing up on o2 Priority? They dated from 1st of April are showing but now the date I need? Why is this? I have tired the app and online. Thanks

Depends on what sort of arrangement they have with the promoters. Maybe 31st March are being reserved for a reason unknown 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
