My local ember inn tills are not taking the Thirsty Thursday priority rewards vouchers tonight! Any ideas why, they are blaming O2!

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Not sure why there tills not taking a voucher is anything to do with o2, it sounds like an issue with Ember Inns and by the sounds of it there dodgy EPOS system, and surely the staff can type in a number..

I would contact Ember rather than o2, as its also Embers Offer, provided via o2..

I can assure you that it is DEFINITELY an O2 issue as I and 5 other customers in front of me had exactly the same issue. We were in a Sizzling Pub, not an Ember Inn.

You should also report it to O2 as advised above.
