O2 priority queue jump

Hi there I'm just wondering cause it's been such a long time since I went to a show in an actual o2 venue I'm vaguely aware that you can use priority to skip the queue in o2 venues but I am going to a show with 2 friends and they're NOT on O2, can I use MY priority to allow them in with me with no queuing or does it not work that way? Cause if that's the case then I'd end up queuing anyway cause I can't just leave my friends haha but I'm not sure so could someone let me know please? Thank you.
