Any one else having issues with the link via ticketmaster website, just states for pre sale "happening now" with no where to obtain tickets ?

you will need to speak to Ticketmaster as they obviously have issues, as all o2 priority does is pass you to Ticketmaster (or AXS) to buy them.. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

No they were useless so missed out on pre sale tickets
