McDonald’s priority

Tried to use McDonald’s priority at kiosk and it said ‘not recognised’ tried again and then said it had been used! Ended up paying for burger as there was a queue forming behind me.

Sounds like the Kiosk in the McDonald's either hadn't been updated or was having a moment.
