Verification number

I’m trying to upgrade but it’s asking for a verification code. I did ask for a new sim when checking out how can I verify to upgrade when I do have access to the number it’s sending the code and I can change this in my account because it’s asking me for the verification code to do this what can I do?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
